Shipping & Delivery

All of our products are shipped directly from our facility in El Dorado Hills, California, USA. 

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed, carefully packaged and shipped (although most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days). 

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments, issues caused by incorrect billing/shipping information provided by the customer upon checkout, or shipment delays caused by the shipping carrier. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. For international orders, we are not responsible for customs/import duty fees upon delivery or returned shipments by the carrier. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for applicable import or customs fees. 

Conditions of Sale

All products offered by Rare36parts are provided "as-is", without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

Taxes

Sales tax is automatically applied to orders shipped within the state of California.

Return Policy 

All returns, exchanges and cancellations are subject to approval, and are normally only accepted for the following reasons:

- Received incorrect or defective item(s).
- Did not receive ordered item(s)

You must contact us via email within 7 days of the delivery date.

All returns, exchanges and cancellations, if approved, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Item(s) must be returned in the original box and packaging, in brand new, unused condition. Once approved and the returned item(s) have been received by us, we’ll proceed with issuing store credit in the amount of your purchase (shipping costs not included). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for on sale, pre-order, custom or used items/products or orders.
